Job Description

The Oracle Database Engineering - Tools and Application team is building the next-generation critical development tools, applications, and analytics on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. We use state-of-the-art technologies - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Machine Learning, AI, Autonomous Database Service, API Gateway.   • Design and develop analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)

  • Analyze complex data elements, systems, data flows, dependencies, and relationships to define conceptual, physical, and logical data models.

Career Level - IC4

Responsibilities

Develop data pipelines for the required solution and application features by leveraging business, technical, and data requirements.

Develop data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize and present data insights effectively.

Develop custom data visualizations and extensions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) tools such as Oracle Data Visualization (DV)

Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members and business users.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Demonstrated ability as an Oracle Analytics Developer or similar role.

Strong experience in data modeling including physical, logical, and semantic models; data visualization, and dashboard development.

Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and techniques.

Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Oracle Database.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Superb communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative distributed team environment.
