What the day will look like

  • Work closely with clients and senior consultants to build long-term relationships, existing client-relationships, ensuring client satisfaction

  • Partner with senior consultant to understands new market developments and how to recognize these issues in the client situation

  • Handles the full actuarial valuation process including data collection, valuation, preparation of actuarial reports, and communication with clients

  • Analyze and interpret client and market data, translating data into insights and delivering high quality, effective solutions to clients

  • Conduct client specific market studies, benchmarking and/or analysis of employee benefit programs

  • Keep clients up to date on market changes

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor's degree in any fields

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or equivalent years of industry experience

  • Proficient in both Thai and English communication

  • Proven digital literacy

  • Attention to detail

  • Able to work effectively in a multi-disciplined, team, as well as independently

  • Accurate and structured working style

  • Act with integrity, and always positively impact our clients, colleagues and communities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge in programming.
