The Opportunity
This role is mainly responsible for driving the distribution strategy and supporting end-to-end implementation for Manulife Hong Kong.

We are looking for someone with:
Candidate with top-tier management consulting background is highly preferred
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication skills in both written and verbal communication
Possess relevant experience and expertise in Hong Kong market
On the job you will:
Develop distribution strategy for Agency, Bancassurance and Brokerage channels
Analyze market landscape and identify growth opportunities, design initiatives to capture the opportunities and mitigate potential risks/challenges
Deliver strategic projects, including solution design, end-to-end deployment and change management
Prepare presentation materials to engage with key stakeholders
Coordinate within Distribution team, gather inputs/suggestions on improvement areas and iterate the solution design
