Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Day to day service delivery which includes supporting engineers with work orders, case management and service parts escalations through Salesforce.

  • Order to Cash management for customer PO: order creation in Oracle, shipment tracking, delivery arrangement, invoicing and Past Due follow-ups.

  • Performing administrative duties including answering customer calls by phone, issuing quotations, raising PO through iProcurement, new customer creation request(KYC), and customer’s purchasing system management.

  • Inventory management: Prepare yearly PI(Physical Inventory) documentation, daily stock balancing may be needed as part of engineer stock management.

  • Responsible to execute all new Service Max Releases and take care of system issues and enhancement.

  • Closely work with SCM for parts supply escalation for on-time delivery at customer site.

  • Responsible for quarterly dealer commission payment.

  • Participate in meetings related to service delivery and sharing of KPI's. Review and act on feedbacks to improve KPI's.

  • Perform other job-related duties as requested and works effectively with other team to ensure the goals and objectives of the organization are met.

  • Participate in projects and other internal initiatives assigned within a team or business when needed. The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is an advantage

  • Strong computer proficiency especially in Excel

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in a professional business environment

  • Provide qualities with willingness to learn

  • Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
