Job Description Summary

This position combines the role of Program Manager for Rolls Royce and LM6000 Safran and Program Manager Operations CFMI. In this position yuo will be part of the Commercial European Programs Team and you will be Customer Advocate in Avio Aero, driving programs to meet Company’s goals and targets, contributing to set the most effective organization and identifying and mitigating financial risks.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities for the Rolls Royce and LM6000 Safran programs
Responsible for the execution of program (New Make), maximizing benefits and opportunities in the contract
Create and execute an integrated plan to meet Company economics/financial and contractual targets within the allocated budget, including margin expansion initiatives
Define, update and monitor budget, business plan, economics (REV, GM, etc.), financials (collection, etc.), program KPI (OTD, VoC, etc.)
Actively identify and manage risks and keep risk register updated
Execute activities to address customer concerns to maximize Customer satisfaction
Lead the cross functional Program Team (ENG, GSC, QUA, etc.)
Responsible for the flow-down of Customer Demand to GSC
Responsible for Program Control Board preparation and Configuration Management
Foster the adoption of the Lean approach in the management of processes, to maximize the quality of the execution
Support the Commercial Team during all the phases of an offer, starting from the Customer's needs through the negotiations, until the hand-over at the Kick-Off meeting
Support the preparation of program reviews with the Customer, in accordance with the contractual and Customer expectations
Monitor the program progress (reporting relevant KPIs, EV etc.) at the operating rhythm (MOR, QMI, Cash Flow, …)
In depth knowledge of all aspects of the assigned contracts, responsible for regular updates of business plan
Delegated for approval, signature and archiving of the documentation sent to the Customer (PO acceptance, official letters, etc.), as per DoA list
Responsible for the cash collection from the Customers and the recovery of any past due
Responsible to monitor and control the program costs, also through the regular use of SPP
Essential Responsibilities for the Leap and CFM56 Operations
Responsible for the Leap and CFM56 On Consignment Stock (OCS), both reporting updates to Finance and the Leadership and managing actively input and output through a continuous work with the Customer and the Avio Aero shops, to contain the OCS level and meet the company goals
Lead the weekly review with the Supply Chain to monitor the status of deliveries to Safran, specifically on Leap, addressing timely any rising issue, anticipating potential future disruption and reporting status to the Leadership
NPI: responsible for the industrialization of the CFM56 conical support according to the agreed plan and budgeted quantities
Execute activities to address customer concerns to maximize Customer satisfaction (through the Safran Supply Chain POC)
Lead the cross functional Program Team (ENG, GSC, QUA, etc.) for what concerns Manufacturing topics
Responsible for the flow-down of Customer Demand to GSC
Support customers in their needs following the contract requirement: industrialization process; technical support; equipment requirement
Support the preparation of program reviews with Customer, in accordance with the contractual and customer expectations
Monitor the program progress (reporting relevant KPIs, EV etc.) at the operating rhythm
Qualifications/Requirements
Master's degree from an accredited University or College (Engineering preferred)
Solid experience in management of complex projects in a structured company
Ability to lead across functional and customer / supplier teams, both on-site and remotely
Ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external customer organizations, including top management
Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a matrix team / organization
Consolidated experience in acting in programs team or equivalent coordination role
Demonstrated financial acumen and risk management expertise
Fluent written and spoken Italian and English
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
