Job Description

* Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

* Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional collaboration among various teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

* Lead the development and implementation of compliance roadmaps, including AI governance, corporate entity separation, and other regulatory requirements.

* Oversee contract management processes, including contract negotiation, drafting, review, and renewal.

* Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.

* Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

* Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in compliance and governance.

Skills and Requirements

* 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a G&A or compliance-focused role.

* Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices.

* Experience with compliance roadmap development and implementation, particularly in areas such as AI governance and corporate entity separation.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

* Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
