In this pivotal role, you will

• Champion Innovation and Vision: Propel products into the marketplace with your entrepreneurial spirit and experience in fintech, ideally gained in a startup environment mixed with corporate exposure. Your ability to anticipate market trends and translate them into actionable roadmaps will define our success.

• Lead with Agility and Authority: Drive the product vision and strategy, balancing your expertise and experience with the knowledge that the world changes quickly and always having an eye to what’s next. Your leadership will ensure our products are always solving needs for end users as well as filling a gap in the market.

• Engage and Inspire: You are a strong people manager, with experience mentoring and developing other product managers. Your charisma and clear communication should command respect, inspire your teams, and help you nurture strong relationships across all levels of the organization, from C-Suite to other product teams.

• Drive Operational Excellence: You will oversee the product lifecycle from conception through execution, ensuring robust growth and scalability. Your partnership with Engineering & UX and your strategic executive oversight will guide your teams through the development process, setting and achieving product goals and milestones.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• You will have a bachelor’s degree (Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, MBA) OR equivalent.

• 10 + years of progressive experience in software product management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale products in heavily matrixed environments, as well as experience in a much smaller (<50 employee) company

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $99,900.00 - $267,570.00 / Year
