Overview

The Digital Production Coordinator (DPC) executes SproutLoud Digital Services including OnlineListings, Reputation Management, Facebook Ads, Paid Search, Display and Websites, among others, on behalf of SproutLoud local clientele. Responsible for reporting and other client deliverables. The Digital Production Coordinator works directly with Account Managers to ensure processes are followed and deadlines are met according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day customer production of digital services including new product enrollment, campaign execution and reporting

  • Learn and understand new vendor platforms

  • Understand digital marketing strategies

  • Have full comprehension of tasks and impact across workflow

  • Stay up to date on best practices across digital media industries (Online Listings, Reputation Management, Facebook Ads, Paid Search, Display Ads, Video Ads, Websites, Landing Pages, etc.)

  • Work directly with Account Managers to ensure SproutLoud continues to deliver best-in-class products

  • Keep Harvest tasks trackers up-to-date

  • Follow Sugar workflows and processes to ensure Cases and Tasks are completed according to SLAs

  • Strong demonstration and contribution to the Digital Services team initiatives and deliverables

    Requirements

  • Fluency in English including written and verbal communication

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong internal service skills

  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Digital Media concepts

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to learn new technologies, software and computers quickly

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Good ability to grasp and understand marketing concepts

  • Strong quality assurance skills

    Interview process

    Our five steps recruiting process lasts a total of 2 weeks:

    Step 1: Meet and greet with a recruiter or hiring manager; followed by some brief assessments

    Step 2: Top-Grading, 2-hour interview with 2 Hiring Managers

    Step 3: In-person meetings (one day in total) with your peers, direct reports and/or team leads
