Executive Summary

As a key strategic leader within PVH Corp., the Director of Solutions Management, Global Traceability, Packaging & Product Compliance plays a pivotal role within the newly created Global Traceability, Packaging and Product Compliance function, and is entrusted with a mission-critical mandate—to architect and implement a visionary traceability and product compliance solution management framework. This role is designed for a seasoned leader who excels at synthesizing complex business needs, regulatory landscapes, and the latest technological innovations and solutions into a cohesive strategy and implementation roadmap that ensures end-to-end product traceability and compliance.

The Role

The Director of Solutions Management, Global Traceability, Packaging & Product Compliance will be the pivotal role in translating high-level objectives from a global product data integrity framework and multifaceted legislative demands into precise, executable solutions strategies. This senior leader will oversee the solutions management domain, ensuring the deployment of sophisticated, highly automated solutions and tools that uphold rigorous standards for product data integrity, product compliance and traceability amidst the evolving legislative landscape.

Own and drive the formation and development of a high-caliber cross functional team of business, technology and systems professionals with specialized expertise in traceability solutions. Champion a culture that values strategic foresight, excellence, and a commitment to lifelong learning, fostering an environment where innovation thrives and guiding the team towards achieving PVH Corp.'s strategic goals in product data integrity and compliance.

Strategic Architecting of Traceability Solutions

Conceptualize and execute a global strategy for traceability and product compliance technology solutions that enhance PVH Corp.'s capabilities in traceability and product compliance. Transform complex product data integrity frameworks and evolving legislative mandates into sophisticated solutions, setting a new industry standard for product data integrity, product compliance and traceability.

Advancement of Systems Automation & Process Excellence

Lead the strategic shift towards comprehensive automation of traceability and product compliance processes, focusing on minimizing manual efforts while maximizing accuracy and efficiency in product data management. Champion the implementation and adoption of state-of-the-art technologies to streamline product data integrity, ensuring robust, and scalable solutions.

Cross-Functional Technology Integration

Operate as the strategic conduit between the business, data governance, and IT to ensure cohesive implementation of traceability and product compliance solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to tailor technology solutions that enhance operational workflows and fulfill strategic imperatives.

Strategic Vendor & Technology Partnership Stewardship

Strategically manage partnerships with premier technology vendors, securing innovative solutions that support PVH's leadership in traceability and product compliance.

Champion of Continuous Technological Advancement

Maintain a commanding grasp of the technology landscape, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvements in PVH's traceability and product compliance infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field forms the bedrock of your technical and strategic competencies.

  • A minimum of 10 years in system solutions or IT leadership roles or similar, with a preference for backgrounds in fashion, retail, or other fast-paced, product-centric industries.

  • Demonstrated prowess in developing, advocating for, and operationalizing large-scale IT systems that align with and propel business strategies.

  • Ability to lead independently and comfortable to work with all levels within the organization.

  • Can do attitude and seeks out challenges.

  • Comfortable in ever changing environment.
