ThermoFisher Scientific Account Manager (Channel & PPS Sales, Lab Products) in Gangnam-gu, South Korea

Job Description

What will you do

  • Achieving sales targets and establishing and executing strategies

  • Establishes, builds, and owns relationships with customer and distributors

  • Develop/enhance customer/distributor relationships to drive revenue growth in the designated territory through the effective use of Salesforce.com in managing the opportunity pipeline.

  • Accurate demand planning & forecasting through comprehensive use of Salesforce.com

  • Drives promotional initiatives and sales strategies in alignment with Marketing Strategy into account

  • Manage Distributors’ sales and optimize sales performance through data analysis

  • Manage sales orders and review the details and validate the customers and prices

  • Achieve sales objectives by providing support to the customers and distributors

  • Promoting products and solutions to customers

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree with a scientific focus such as Biology, Biochemistry, Biological science or related field. Other degrees will be considered with appropriate work history.

Experience

  • At least 5 years relevant experience in sales and account relationship management

  • Must have an outstanding understanding of Pharm-Bio markets and be knowledgeable of diverse laboratory product application

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Ability to work in a team environment and influence others to achieve results

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

  • Strategic selling and market development ability

  • Strong commercial competence with the ability to articulate and communicate business opportunities
