The Role
Reporting to the HR Director EMEA, as HRBP you will act as the point of contact for managers, employees and other team members regarding HR-related matters and projects. You will provide assistance, guidance, and advice to internal stakeholders throughout their employee journey within the company.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing HR guidance on procedures and policies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
Execute and optimise the set employee policies and service delivery
Provide a smooth employee process from on-boarding to off-boarding
Act as the go-to person to answer queries about HR-related issues and provide needed information and documentation, mainly focused on management
Handle case management, following the specific country laws
Prepare monthly payroll alongside external suppliers
Oversee absence management, including sick leave and vacation days
Attend meetings or be in close contact with managers and team leads to define topics that should be improved
Actively promote the company’s vision and culture
What you’ll need to be successful
Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor role
Good knowledge of Dutch labour laws, pensions, and other benefits and regulations
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Maintain a positive, open, and objective attitude toward others
