IBM Content Technical Analyst- Designer in Bangalore, India

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Create user personas, user flows, and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts.

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

  • Develop interactive prototypes to showcase and test design concepts.

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

  • Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design improvements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, design principles, and emerging technologies.

  • Work closely with marketing and content managers and stakeholders to align designs with business goals.

  • Ensure consistency in design elements and user experience across different platforms.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.

  • Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

  • Knowledge of responsive design principles for various devices.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality designs.

  • Problem-solving skills to address user experience challenges.

  • Understanding of web and mobile development processes.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience with motion design and micro interactions.

  • Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

  • Exposure to user analytics tools for data-driven design decisions.

  • Understanding of design systems and component libraries.

  • Continuous learning and staying updated on UI/UX trends and best practices.

  • Certification or relevant academic background in UX/UI design.

  • Collaboration with user researchers for comprehensive design solutions.

  • Experience with conducting and analyzing A/B testing for design optimization.
