VIP Staffing Leasing Consultant in Albuquerque, New Mexico

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic Leasing Agent to support our talented team of property management!As a leasing professional, you will sell and renew leases with a focus on generating qualified prospective residents/guests, touring the property, and preparing lease packages. Above all, you will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, consistently, with a high level of integrity.

Leasing Agent Essential Functions:Include but are not limited to-

  • Residents/Guests Retention:You will provide exceptional customer service to our current and prospective residents/guests. You will help engage current guests/residents through ongoing programs and events designed to increase customer satisfaction, brand awareness, and business referrals, and minimize turnover.
  • Leasing and Sales:You will be responsible for meeting occupancy expectations for the property by leasing to new customers, renewing leases for current residents, and increasing the rate of returning guests and referrals.
  • Compliance:You will also ensure lease paperwork and customer information are properly documented and protected. You will adhere to local and state laws, including all laws governing Fair Housing.

Qualifications:Include but are not limited to-

  • Youve been there, done that.We require a minimum of one (3) year of sales or customer service experience in the relevant industry.
  • You have some credentials.We require a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Youre a great communicator.You easily manage relationships and build rapport with others. You have a good presence when conducting onsite tours with owners, investors, and residents alike. You are organized and excel at administrative tasks.
  • Youre energetic.You are a friendly go-getter who wants to help all your customers find their perfect new homes.
  • Youre tech-savvy.Youd consider yourself an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Youre flexible.Evenings, weekends, and/or holidays may be required.
  • You're on the move.You frequently walk the properties, climb stairs, and move/lift items (up to 25 lbs.)
